Going Natural

The story of Michelle Ntalami brings to mind the 16th century English proverb that says “Need taught him wit”.

In 2012, Michelle was faced with hair breakages and stunted growth due to regular applications of sulphate chemicals. For months on end, she spent so much time and money in search of that perfect product that could work for her hair.

In 2013, she began to research by collaborating with top laboratories, formulators, cosmetic experts, hairdressers and designers, from Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and Italy. That effort gave birth to ”Marini Naturals" a Swahili word for "pleasant" or "attractive".

Three years after the launch of these range of products, Marini Naturals can be found in top cosmetic shops across East Africa, South Africa and as far as France.
